Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing partnerships with a focus on the relationship health and business sustainability.
  • Experience managing teams in collaborative environments and the ability to coach and align individual contributions to the organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of the AUNZ agency landscape, including the needs of global Holding Companies and independent agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of existing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and incentive programs. Ensure partners' success.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for internal and external stakeholders on the Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for executive-level partnership relationships. Move partnerships beyond transactional interactions to integrated strategic alignment.
  • Translate organizational goals into work plans for the team. Manage resource allocation and prioritize work streams to ensure execution across internal and external teams.
  • Lead and coach a team of partnership professionals. Create a safe environment, provide feedback, and use AI tools to drive team productivity and innovation.
