Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in education technology, or selling enterprise software, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with stakeholders at academic institutions or enterprises.
  • Experience working in the Higher Education sector.
  • Experience executing go-to-market strategies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other technologies.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers.
  • Experience in building and cultivating relationships with accounts while developing thought leadership and programs in the education space.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will drive Gemini adoption strategy across higher education by leading a sales team focused on universities and colleges, developing go-to-market strategies that demonstrate Gemini's value for teaching, learning, and research while requiring people management skills, passion for education, understanding of artificial intelligence, and ability to foster adoption within the academic community.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute GTM strategy in a specific market for adoption within assigned accounts, owning key results that focus on programs demonstrating value, including delivering training to support Gemini adoption across users.
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders at academic institutions in the territory, acting as a trusted advisor to help faculty and departments build and execute AI integration road maps for their teaching and research while managing records of customer interaction.
  • Identify sector stakeholders that could be enablers to Gemini adoption in the Higher Education sector (e.g., university associations, frameworks, leadership groups).
  • Consolidate and relay feedback from customers to help influence the future road map for Gemini in Education.
  • Collaborate with teams across Google (e.g., Cloud, Marketing) to ensure you have an aligned One-Google strategy to support universities.
