Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing executive leaders and driving impact in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead operational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on Google's ad products and industry trends, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader on applying Search and AI Performance Solutions to drive business growth.
  • Craft and execute a plan to improve adoption of Google's Search and AI Performance Solutions in Australia & New Zealand (AUNZ), aligning with the AUNZ GCS sales leadership.
  • Leverage learnings from AUNZ and other regions to expand the APAC go-to-market strategy.
  • Build client relationships through consultations, workshops, and expert guidance on using Search & AI Performance solutions to achieve business objectives, while gathering insights to inform strategies.
  • Deliver training, develop tools, and collaborate on tailored client solutions to support sales teams in demonstrating the value of Google's offerings.
