  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • 2 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization.

In this role, you will be focusing on C-level and B-level relationships. You will help to shape and evolve client goals and identify opportunities for future client growth. You will build strategy alongside Account Strategists and client-side partners, and identify ways for Google to enhance client's ability to meet their business and marketing goals. You will provide solution promotion, partnership management and analysis to deliver business outcomes. You will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their goals while driving incremental business growth agreements through the industry leading advertising solutions.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities

  • Deliver against quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering quality customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing goals.
  • Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
