Account Manager within AWS US Worldwide Public Sector focusing on Federal Financials. You will develop and manage a growing book of business with finance organizations, driving revenue and customer engagements. The role requires building executive and technical relationships, articulating compelling AWS value, and accelerating adoption of cloud services for federal financial accounts. You will work with CXO-level stakeholders to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that support agencies’ IT transformation; US citizenship is required.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the executive level, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and architects at a high level. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software- Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
