Responsible for all aspects of Brand's advertising journey on Amazon Advertising, including sales, onboarding and launch of ad campaigns, by developing relationships with agencies, tech partners, clients and internal teams. Must be hands-on with Amazon's advertising products and able to synthesize analysis into concise, compelling presentations. Build and maintain relationships with advertisers and agencies, onboard media agencies, educate brands on Amazon Advertising, analyze campaign performance, and optimize to improve efficiency, renewals and KPIs for mid/small brands. Serve as market intelligence source for product development, marketing, and pricing, and troubleshoot technical or implementation issues with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated Ads sales expert to help scale our growing Advertising business. This person will be responsible for all aspects of Brand's advertising journey on Amazon Advertising including sales, on-boarding and launch of ad campaign by developing and leveraging strong relationships with agencies, tech partners, clients and internal teams.
To do this, this person needs to be extremely hands on and have a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising products, sales, operational capabilities, as well as the ability to synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation.

Key job responsibilities
Deliver inputs, Ad products adoption and Ads revenue goals.
Build solid relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies, medium and small brands/ clients, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and online advertising solutions.
Identify media agencies and onboard to Amazon Ads network, educate brands on Amazon Advertising offering. Also help analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to help Medium/small brands to increase efficiency, drive high renewal rate and meet clients’ KPIs.
Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions.
Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
