Amazon Advertising is seeking a Global Partner Manager to drive WW growth in ads revenue by identifying and forming relationships with advertisers. You will leverage Amazon's search and display advertising tools to craft relevant ad solutions, understand e-commerce landscape and competitive offerings, and deliver education and consulting to China-based brands. You will coordinate campaign setup with global advertising teams and dive deep into performance reports to enable optimal results for advertisers in each locale. This role focuses on building revenue, driving adoption and market penetration through strategic partnerships.

Our ad solutions, including sponsored ads, display, video, and custom ads, leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including selfservice, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses to build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.

Key job responsibilities
Deliver the revenue goals through exploring the new business opportunities through identifying and creating new relationships with advertisers.
Understand Amazon's search and display advertising tools to help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for our advertisers.
Understand and learn about the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
Deliver the highest level of educational and consultant services to China-based brands and advertisers.
Help advertisers see how to best utilize Amazon’s ad tools in order to better build their business.
Coordinate campaign setup with the global advertising teams.
Dive deep on campaign performance reports and work with advertising teams around the global to enable optimal performance to advertisers in each locale.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
- Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
- Experience in making data driven business decisions
