Join Amazon's Global Marketing Response Center to build and nurture AWS leads across the North America region. You will contact customers by phone, email, and live chat, respond quickly to inquiries, and educate customers at the start of their cloud journey. You will tailor messaging to move prospects from warm interest to active interest, nurture leads to higher conversion, and leverage AI to scale efforts while collaborating on cross-functional MRC projects to improve customer experiences.
MRC is the customer engagement arm of the Marketing organization. Our mission is to learn from customers, understand their needs, and educate them about the benefits of AWS and all the services we offer, to help them embark on their cloud and AI journey quickly and easily. It is a critical function within the demand progression process, with the objective to profile, nurture, and qualify marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities.
Key job responsibilities
• Build an AWS leads database by interacting with customers by phone, email and/or live chat
• Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner to accelerate their cloud journey
• Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest.
• Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases.
• Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates.
• Actively leverage AI to catalyze your productivity and globalize any break-through solutions through structured scaling programs.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Associate's degree or above- In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies related to Cloud Computing and AI
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where customer needs and business priorities evolve rapidly

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
