Company Overview:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking talented individuals to join our Global Marketing Response Center (MRC) team based in Tokyo. The MRC plays a critical role in the lead and demand generation process, driving engagement with AWS's new and prospective customers in Japan through profiling, nurturing, and qualifying marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities.
Position Overview:
As an MRC Representative, you will follow up and nurture leads generated from inbound marketing campaigns through multi-channel communication including phone calls, emails, and online chats.
Key job responsibilities

オンライン/オフラインマーケティングキャンペーンから生成されるリードに対し、電話・メール・チャットを活用したタイムリーなフォローアップを実施
顧客のニーズとビジネス機会を的確に把握し、リードのクオリフィケーションを遂行
2. インバウンドリードのナーチャリング活動 -
データベース構築・更新: お客様のクラウドサービスに関する詳細なニーズおよびビジネス機会を把握し、AWSリードデータベースの構築・更新を実施
リード育成: AWSサービスの価値提案や導入事例の紹介を通じて、リードの関心度を高め、理解を深化
情報提供: AWSサービス導入を検討いただくための適切な情報提供により、リードを「認知」から「検討」段階へと進展
3. 高品質リードの創出 -
ナーチャリング活動を通じて、セールスチームが効果的にフォローできる高品質なリードを創出
セールスコンバージョン率の向上に貢献
4. ステークホルダーマネジメント -
マーケティングキャンペーンの目標達成に向け、複数の社内外ステークホルダーと緊密に連携
社内外の顧客満足度を確保しながら業務を遂行
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Follow-up and Qualification -
Follow up and qualify leads generated from AWS Japan Marketing online/offline events and campaigns through phone calls, emails, and online chats
Accurately identify customer needs and business opportunities to effectively qualify leads
2. Inbound Lead Nurturing Activities -
Database Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive AWS Lead Database by profiling and researching existing leads to create detailed insights into customers' cloud technology needs and sales opportunities
Lead Nurturing: Increase leads' understanding of the AWS portfolio through targeted information sharing, value proposition communication, and relevant use case presentations
Lead Progression: Move leads from warm or minimal interest to active interest, advancing them from the Education stage to Consideration stage
3. High-Quality Lead Generation -
Create higher-value leads through strategic nurture efforts to drive improved sales conversion rates
Enable the sales team to focus on qualified, sales-ready opportunities
4. Stakeholder Collaboration -
Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve campaign goals
Ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction throughout all interactions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience in oral and written communication
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - high-tech products/services preferred.
- Native proficiency in Japanese and fluent English skill to communicate overseas colleagues via conference call, e-mail, and reporting.

- 2+ years of inside sales experience
