The GenAI Sales Specialist will drive strategic GenAI sales with customers in the Benelux region, building executive relationships and leading a team of resources to accelerate adoption and growth. You will develop and execute go-to-market plans, manage opportunities, and define an account sponsorship strategy with AWS senior leadership. You will track KPIs and ensure customer value, while representing AWS at professional events and shaping market opportunities.
The GenAI Sales Specialist will be a key member of the team responsible for providing business leadership and creative direction for this fast-paced and evolving technology working with strategic customers in the Benelux region. You will build and maintain broad relationships in the account, develop and manage opportunities, and lead a large team of extended resources. You will define an exec relationship strategy within the account, including building a strong working relationship with the AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, executive business reviews, and shaping go-to-market opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent- Experience interfacing with GenAI customers and partners.
- Track record of coaching and motivating high performing teams.
- Experience driving results in complex, competitive customer engagements.
