The Senior Agency Development Manager (UK Agency Sales) is a senior client-facing owner responsible for the Amazon/Agency HoldCo relationship with our largest agency partners. The role focuses on accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, expanding tool adoption (including Amazon DSP), and broadening advertiser penetration within agencies through strategic account planning and cross-team collaboration. Key responsibilities include developing senior agency relationships, driving DSP adoption, creating and executing cross-team project plans, building engagement strategies, and transparently reporting progress while coordinating multiple resources to deliver large-scale creative solutions. The position supports building long-lasting partnerships with agencies to expand brand usage and tool adoption across Amazon’s ads offering.
Agency Development Managers (ADM) are single threaded owners responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers. They own the Amazon/Agency HoldCo relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating at all levels, strategic thinkers, and able to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve ambitious goals, and have the ability to “think big.” In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop new, senior agency relationships from scratch, in order to build structured and broad plans to develop agency partner business across ecommerce, entertainment and ad tech products.
- Work with partners to drive adoption of Amazon DSP.
- Create and execute cross-team project plans.
- Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy.
- Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.
- Work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to get things done
- Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions.

Overseeing key customer meetings, running group presentations, building commercial agreements and joint business plans, escalating blockers at the account level to agency leadership

Our team build long-lasting partnerships with our agency customers through the development of commercial and servicing plans covering our entire offering. We aim to increase the number of brands using Amazon, and the diversity of products and tools they use to drive revenue growth and advocacy with our agency customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising- Experience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, etc.)
- Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
