Help shape the future of B2B procurement within one of the fastest-growing businesses at Amazon. As an Enterprise Account Executive on the Amazon Business team, you will drive growth across leading Canadian nonprofit organizations while contributing to the continued expansion of a $35B global B2B organization.

This is a true full-cycle enterprise sales role with meaningful ownership. You will lead complex sales engagements from initial outreach through long-term expansion, managing both new logo acquisition and strategic account growth. Your work will directly influence how mission-driven organizations operate more efficiently and redirect resources toward greater impact.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle across a defined portfolio of large national nonprofit organizations, including both high-spend strategic accounts and net-new enterprise prospects
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy, driving pipeline creation, demand generation, and long-term account expansion
- Engage executive stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations, serving as a trusted advisor and contributing meaningfully to procurement strategy discussions
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations involving multiple decision makers and influencers, navigating organizational dynamics with confidence and clarity
- Design and position tailored procurement solutions that improve compliance, spend visibility, operational efficiency, and cost control
- Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise purchasing workflows, system integrations, and change management considerations within large organizations
- Drive adoption and long-term growth by partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and measurable customer outcomes
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing forward insights that shape innovation and elevate the customer experience
- Raise the bar by operating with a high degree of ownership, resourcefulness, and accountability across every stage of the customer lifecycle

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

Preferred Qualifications

- 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal
- Experience in the nonprofit sector

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
