Senior Account Executive for Amazon Ads covering the Benelux region. Sells full-funnel advertising solutions across Prime Video, Twitch, display, video, and audio, leveraging agency relationships to drive revenue. Own a book of business, build executive-level relationships, and lead joint business planning with top clients, with travel as needed. Works cross-functionally with local sales and agency teams to deliver measurable outcomes and position Amazon as a strategic partner.
As a Senior Account Executive for the Benelux region, you'll leverage extensive media experience to sell full funnel ad solutions spanning video, connected TV, and display across Amazon's first and third party inventory. You'll work across multiple verticals, partnering with agencies and their clients to deliver comprehensive solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Utilizing senior client and agency relationships, a consultative approach, and deep understanding of the local advertising ecosystem, you'll act as a strategic partner to your assigned portfolio. You will use executive networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new relationships within your assigned portfolio to meet revenue targets. You will orchestrate in-person inspiration sessions positioning Amazon as a key strategic partner for agencies and brand clients, and own annual joint business plan negotiations and execution for top clients. As an individual contributor, you will own a book of business while collaborating closely with peers across the local sales and agency teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to agency partners and brand clients
• Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers and cultivate new revenue streams
• Generate advertising revenue through strategic agency partnerships, employing objective-led selling across brand-building solutions including Prime Video, Twitch, display, video, and audio
• Demonstrate internal leadership across account teams and partner groups
• Establish and nurture credible relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and C-level clients
• Expertly deliver brand pitches and inspirational sessions positioning Amazon as an indispensable strategic partner
• Utilize Sales CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and forecast to achieve quarterly quota goals
• Exhibit knowledge of the advertising industry and competitive environment, particularly within video and TV landscape • Regular in-office presence with travel as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in closing sales and revenue generation- Speak, write, and read fluently in Dutch
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 5+ years of media sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B sales across fortune 500 advertisers and Big6 agencies- Established network within NL or BE media landscape, including senior-level contacts at agencies and clients
- Experience building new customer relationships within agency and client teams
- Experience closing upfront agreements with large advertising customers
