Lead and grow a high-performing Amazon Ads sales team focused on Consumer Services advertisers. Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and programs; hire, mentor, and coach talent to drive top-line results. Analyze advertisers' full-funnel campaigns, provide optimization recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service across agencies. Partner across Amazon teams to ensure your team has the resources to succeed, with experience supporting Consumer Services brands.
We are looking for an analytical thinker who has experience, and will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes and programs for our Consumer Services advertisers. We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast pace environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a top performing sales team.
Key job responsibilities:
-Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent
-Be a strong leader inspiring team and building team culture
-Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
-Coach your team to analyze the performances of their customers' full-funnel campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to their advertisers and agencies
-Promote customer obsession: ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
-Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
-Partner across organizations to ensure that your team is setup for success
-Experience supporting Consumer Services brands (Real Estate, Education, Government, etc)
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing teams- Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines
- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- Experience building new customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals- Experience with high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
