Lead and develop a high-performing advertising sales team focused on CPG advertisers for Amazon Ads. Responsible for hiring, coaching, creating sales programs, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns to drive revenue; manage frontline leaders and ensure exceptional customer service. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience scaling B2B sales in the CPG space.
We are looking for an analytical thinker who has experience, and will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes and programs for our CPG advertisers. We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast pace environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a top performing sales team.
Key job responsibilities
-Hire and develop the best: attract, hire and retain top sales talent
-Be a strong leader of leaders: front line managers will manage over time teams of 8+ direct reports
-Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
-Coach your team to analyze the performances of their customers' full-funnel campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to their advertisers and agencies
-Promote customer obsession: ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
-Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
-Partner across organizations to ensure that your team is setup for success
-An expert in the CPG space with experience supporting top CPG brands
Basic Qualifications
- - 12+ years of B2B sales experience- - Experience managing teams
- who deliver on defined goals and timelines
- - Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- - Experience building new customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
