Account Manager to help build and lead business development and selling partner growth on the Amazon Japan Marketplace. The role focuses on existing sellers within Electronics & IT Solutions, proposing customized growth plans for around 50 sellers identified by the team and providing targeted support. Responsibilities include deep understanding of sellers, expanding sales through FBA, deals, coupons, advertising, and program initiatives, gathering seller feedback, and reporting to management. KPI centers on the sales (GMS) of the assigned Selling Partners.

We are looking for an Account Manager to help us build and lead a business development / growing Sales of Selling Partners on Amazon JP Marketplace. The role is focused on working with Existing Sellers in Japan who sell product family called 'Electronics & IT Solutions'. In particular, Strategic Account Manager proposes customized sales growth plans for around 50 sellers strategically identified by the team and concentrates on supporting them.

- 販売事業者の売上拡大に寄与するさまざまな機能を提案する。具体的にはFBA(フルフィルメント by Amazon)の利用商品拡大、タイムセール、クーポン、広告、E&ITS特有のプログラムなど
- 顧客の情報を分析し、担当する販売事業者への提案に生かしたり、隠れたビジネスチャンスを明らかにしたりする
- 販売事業者の意見・要望を集め、社内関連部署にフィードバックする。時にはサービス・プロセス・ツールの改善に取り組む
- マネジメントチームに対するレポート作成

- Identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
- Convince sellers to adopt various features to increase their sales. e.g. Deals, Coupons, Fulfillment by Amazon, Advertisement, E&ITS specific programs etc.
- Gather feedback from Sellers and escalate them to relevant departments. Sometimes take part in improving services, process and tools.
- Write reports for management teams

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree or above- 4+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
