Account Manager role within Amazon Seller Services focused on Electronics & IT Solutions in Japan. You will manage existing Selling Partners, proposing customized growth plans for around 50 sellers and driving sales through FBA, time-limited deals, coupons, advertising and E&ITS programs. You will understand sellers deeply, analyze their data to uncover opportunities, gather feedback for internal teams, and report to management while collaborating to improve services and tools. The role centers on growing Sales (GMS) for the assigned Selling Partners and requires cross-functional coordination.

We are looking for an Account Manager to help us build and lead a business development / growing Sales of Selling Partners on Amazon JP Marketplace. The role is focused on working with Existing Sellers in Japan who sell product family called 'Electronics & IT Solutions'. In particular, Strategic Account Manager proposes customized sales growth plans for around 50 sellers strategically identified by the team and concentrates on supporting them.

- 顧客の情報を分析し、担当する販売事業者への提案に生かしたり、隠れたビジネスチャンスを明らかにしたりする
- 販売事業者の意見・要望を集め、社内関連部署にフィードバックする。時にはサービス・プロセス・ツールの改善に取り組む
- マネジメントチームに対するレポート作成

- Identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
- Convince sellers to adopt various features to increase their sales. e.g. Deals, Coupons, Fulfillment by Amazon, Advertisement, E&ITS specific programs etc.
- Gather feedback from Sellers and escalate them to relevant departments. Sometimes take part in improving services, process and tools.
- Write reports for management teams

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
