AWS India seeks a Senior executive and Sales Leader to drive a large team of Account Leaders delivering GSI/GCC initiatives nationwide, defining and executing digital and AI-led transformation across GSIs and GCCs. The role emphasizes platform modernization, GTM success, and AI-driven innovation, building deep relationships with GCC leadership and orchestrating multi-party engagements to accelerate AWS adoption. You will own revenue targets for the GSI/GCC segment, manage pipeline with visibility, and lead 10+ Account Managers while coordinating cross-functional teams; you will also engage at the executive level to drive strategic business transformations. The position sits in AWS Global Sales, focusing on India's GCC and GSI market and driving Cloud-based modernization and AI adoption.

AWS India seeks an exceptional Senior executive and Sales Leader to lead a significant team of Senior or Principal Account Leaders (including Global Account Mangers) driving GSI and/or GCC business across India. This strategic role will define and execute digital and AI led transformation across Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), with particular emphasis on accelerating their Platform modernization, Go-To Market success, and AI-driven innovation.

Key job responsibilities
GCC Strategy & Market Leadership

Define and execute comprehensive GCC engagement strategy, positioning AWS as the preferred cloud platform for Global Capability Centers driving innovation for their parent organizations
Drive GCC-specific value propositions: Internal Digital Transformation, SaaS Platform Modernization, Data-Driven Innovation, and Generative AI adoption
Build deep relationships with GCC leadership (CXOs, Center Heads, Delivery Heads) and establish AWS as strategic partner in their maturity journey from cost centers to innovation hubs
Develop GSI partnerships and orchestrate complex multi-party engagements to maximize AWS adoption

Business Growth & Revenue

Own and deliver revenue targets for GSI/GCC segment, consistently exceeding KPIs
Drive strategic P&L conversations with LOB/ISU/Industry Vertical Heads on SaaS IP, platforms, and business transformation
Build robust pipeline with clear visibility and lead white-space analysis across the portfolio
Establish quarterly business reviews to track progress and identify expansion opportunities

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop 10+ Account Managers, fostering high-performance culture
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks while providing ongoing coaching
Recruit and retain top talent; conduct regular pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (ProServ, SA, Partners) to drive execution excellence

Executive Engagement

Drive "Top to Top" executive engagement between GCC/GSI leadership and AWS
Engage and influence C-level executives on strategic business transformation initiatives
Represent AWS at industry forums and facilitate executive briefings and innovation sessions

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of technology sales, or 8+ years of senior leadership experience
- Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record consistently exceeding revenue targets and managing GSI/GCC relationships in India
- Deep understanding of GCC ecosystem evolution and technical competency in cloud computing, AI/ML, and enterprise architecture

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Experience within GCCs or consulting/system integration organizations
- Strong network within GSI/GCC community in India
