Based in London, the EMEA Business Development group is hiring a full-time Associate to develop and deepen relationships with private wealth clients and prospective investors in the UK and France. Responsibilities include presenting AQR’s products, providing inbound/outbound client support, coordinating marketing materials, preparing proposals, and leveraging databases and sales reports to support senior relationship managers. The role requires collaboration across Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and involves periodic travel for in-person meetings and conferences. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics/Finance or related field, 3+ years of experience; English (required) and French preferred; strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; CFA a plus.
