Account Manager, Strategic (EMEA North) will manage and grow relationships with Atlassian’s largest, most strategic customers in the EMEA North region. They will drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth across the product suite, and partner with the Sales team on account planning to grow the total book of business. The role includes owning end-to-end sales cycles, leading cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and building senior/executive relationships. You will analyze accounts for growth and risk, stay abreast of product updates, and forecast and report on your book of business.

Manage and grow relationships with Atlassian’s largest, most strategic customers in the EMEA North region.
Drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth across our product suite.
Partner with our Sales team on account planning and driving total book of business growth through competitive, market and white space analysis
Accelerate revenue growth and manage high-value renewals/expansions
Own end-to-end sales cycles and identify, lead and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Build senior/executive relationships (virtual and in-person)
Analyze accounts for growth and risk, and proactively address issues
Maintain an understanding of product updates and new offerings and articulate those improvements to customers and our solution partners
Identify risk in your Customer's portfolio and assessing solutions to reduce issues before they impact customer satisfaction
Forecast accountability and report on your book of business
7+ years in account management, sales, or related fields
Strong relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
Consistent record of exceeding performance targets
Experience with high-value, enterprise customer engagements
Skilled in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles
Proven success selling Enterprise SaaS globally
Experience with Channel Partners & GSIs for account growth
Deep understanding of the SaaS customer journey and risk management
Proficient with Slack, Salesforce, Gong and Tableau
Strong data analysis skills for identifying risks, opportunities, and forecasting growth
