Binance is seeking an Affiliate BD professional (Korean speaker) in the Growth department to drive user growth metrics. You will explore growth opportunities in the exchange space, expand user growth channels, maintain strong channel partnerships, and help achieve established performance indicators. You will actively participate in industry activities to identify new cooperation resources and opportunities for growth, reporting to the growth team.

Responsibilities:
- This role will be belong to the growth department, responsible for user growth metrics
- Responsible for exploring various growth opportunities in the exchange field and responsible for expanding user growth promotion channels
- Maintain strong channel cooperation support and processes, and enhance channel growth dimension; increase channel output, and coordinate and solve various problems in the process
- According to the market situation and company strategy, complete the established performance indicators assigned by the team
- Actively participate in various industry activities, pay attention to user growth opportunities, and continuously explore new cooperation resources
