Binance is seeking a Fiat Corporate Business Development Manager to expand its fiat trading business with institutional and high-net-worth clients. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth in fiat-to-crypto solutions. You will build and optimize a structured sales funnel, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with regional teams to identify market entry opportunities and liquidity solutions. The position requires deep knowledge of fiat payment networks, cross-border transactions, and regulatory considerations across jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Growth Strategy
- Identify, target, and onboard institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), payment processors, PSPs, family offices, hedge funds, propriety trading firms and fintech firms for Binance’s fiat OTC services.
- Develop and implement a structured sales funnel to convert leads into active trading clients.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize acquisition strategies, improve client onboarding, and increase retention.
- Drive new business through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging client needs and potential opportunities in the fiat-to-crypto space.
- Relationship Management & Retention
- Provide market insights, liquidity solutions, and personalised services to enhance client trading experience.
- Develop and execute client loyalty programs and exclusive benefits to improve retention.
- Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Work closely with regional business teams to identify expansion opportunities and local market entry strategies.
- Represent Binance at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
- Trading & Liquidity Management
- Collaborate with the OTC trading team to execute large fiat transactions with competitive pricing.
- Monitor trading activity and client feedback to refine pricing strategies and liquidity offerings from various fiat channels.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to global AML/KYC regulations and Binance’s internal compliance policies.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in fiat transactions.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the crypto, FX, fintech, or traditional finance sectors.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and supporting client acquisition initiatives.
- Basic understanding of fiat payment networks, cross-border transactions, and banking relationships within the crypto context.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Sales-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with a focus on customer service.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with basic data analysis tools and CRM systems is desirable.
