Role focuses on acquiring and developing relationships with major institutional and VIP clients, expanding existing accounts through ongoing communication, and building effective customer service processes. You will analyze user behavior, write key customer analysis reports, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver optimal solutions and product feedback. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of international financial sales experience, CRM proficiency, the ability to work autonomously within a global team, and fluency in English and Russian. A passion for crypto and willingness to travel to bespoke events is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
- Analysis of user behaviors, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPIs.
- Familiar with the use of a CRM tools
- Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc.
- Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Russian is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
