Join Binance's VIP & Institutional team as an Institutional Sales Manager, driving acquisition and development of trust with a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. You will expand existing relationships through proactive communication, understand client needs, and build key customer service processes and systems. You will analyze user behavior, generate key customer analyses, and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver optimal service solutions. The role requires 3-5 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background; passion for crypto and strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
- Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc
- Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
- Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
- Fluency English and a native language is preferred
