Your Role

  • Lead the full bid lifecycle (RFI/RFP/RFQ/EOI), defining win strategies, value propositions, and proposal direction.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across sales, solutioning, commercial, delivery, finance, legal, and risk teams to build cohesive proposals.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, commercial/contract alignment, and high‑quality storytelling for final submission.
  • Manage client engagement including visits, demos, walkthroughs, and presentations to reinforce win themes and differentiation.
  • Drive strategic enablement through proactive proposals, competitor/market analysis, and development of reusable bid assets and tools.

Your Profile

  • Strong leadership experience managing large, complex, multi‑tower IT services bids.
  • Expertise in deal shaping, win‑theme creation, proposal storytelling, and executive‑ready content development.
  • Solid commercial acumen in pricing models (TCV/ACV), SLAs, discounting, risk assessment, and contract fundamentals.
  • Ability to lead virtual/global teams under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong senior stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
