Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for Government to champion Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Australia and New Zealand Public Sector. This hybrid role blends solution consulting, pre-sales leadership, and delivery oversight, requiring strong business process knowledge and Oracle expertise to influence stakeholders. You will develop go-to-market strategies, design high-level architectures, deliver product demonstrations and PoCs, and ensure smooth transition from signed deals to delivery while maintaining governance and client satisfaction.

Your role

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for Government to champion Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Australia and New Zealand Public Sector. This hybrid role blends solution consulting, pre-sales leadership, and delivery oversight, requiring strong business process knowledge, Oracle expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders.


You will play a key role in:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Oracle Cloud within AUNZ Government organizations.
  • Understanding of Public Sector organizations, their priorities and uniqueness
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in ERP, HCM, EPM and SCM domains.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on RFP responses, proposals, and solution pricing.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Design solution architectures aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and value-based presentations.
  • Transition signed deals into successful delivery engagements.
  • Ensure project governance, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Your profile

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM pre-sales or solution consulting.
  • Proven track record in implementation and pre-sales for Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP solutions in ANZ.
  • Strong understanding of ANZ procurement processes and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Ability to design high-level solution architectures and articulate functional and technical concepts clearly.
  • Awareness of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Multi-Cloud
  • Understanding of AI capabilities within and outside of Oracle products.
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle technical components (Integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST APIs).
