Senior pre-sales SAP E2E solution architect leading SAP S/4HANA deals with global scope, driving end-to-end solutioning, estimation, and bid responses. Responsible for presales activities including RFPs, workshops, and client presentations, and for shaping deals in line with client priorities and competitive landscape. Collaborates with account teams, sales, and partners, positioning Capgemini's SAP offers, and leads large-scale SAP proposals (5M to 50M Euros).
Job Responsibilities
- Drive E2E presales activities, including RFPs, solution defense workshops, and client presentations
- Demonstrate deep expertise in planning and estimating different types of SAP Business Transformation solutions
- Drive the solution strategy by collaborating with account teams, sales, and partners—shaping deals in line with the competitive landscape, client priorities, and technology suitability/viability, with support from subject matter experts
- Appropriately position and promote Capgemini’s SAP offers and assets within the opportunity context by working closely with the customer
- Lead SAP (primarily SAP S/4HANA) deals with a global scope ranging from 5M to 50M Euros, taking end-to-end responsibility for the overall SAP solutioning and bid response by orchestrating solution teams and SMEs
Our Ideal Candidate
- A pre-sales solution architect with proven experience leading large, strategic SAP-centric deals.
- Skilled at understanding business requirements and designing SAP solutions, including estimation, costing, and commercial proposals for global customers.
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one SAP core module, with customer-facing experience and solid industry insight.
- Expert understanding of the end-to-end process of implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, including sizing, architecture, configuration, management, and day-to-day operations of SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Broad functional understanding across SAP domains, with in-depth process knowledge in at least one area. · Sector knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Life Sciences, Automotive, or Utilities. · Experience integrating SAP ERP solutions with other ERPs or SAP products.
