Seeking a Subject Matter Expert in PLM and digital twin/digital continuity to guide clients with strategic PLM solutions. You will assess client requirements, recommend tailored PLM approaches, and deliver dynamic pre-sales demonstrations and persuasive proposals. You will identify and engage potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue and market share. You will support the creation of project plans, coordinate resource allocation, devise risk management strategies, and stay abreast of industry developments to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Profile
- Leverage expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLM, digital twin/digital continuity technologies to provide transformative strategic guidance and best practices tailored to client expectations/requirements.
- Perform comprehensive assessment on client requirements, subsequently recommend tailored PLM solutions that align with their business functions.
- Create and conduct dynamic pre-sales presentations, delivering powerful demonstrations and highly persuasive proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.
- Identify and engage potential clients to foster new business avenues through proactive outreach and networking, thus expanding the company’s portfolio of services.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other client inquiries, crafting detailed, customized proposals that address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams to formulate and implement robust sales strategies that enhance outreach, drive revenue, and increase market share.
- Support the creation of comprehensive project plans, coordinate resource allocation, and devise effective risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Remain abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform clients, enhancing their value proposition through innovative solutions.
Your Role
- Minimum12 years of experience within the PLM domain, demonstrating considerable expertise in related technologies and NPD/NPI processes.
- A solid track record with at least one complete greenfield PLM implementation experience using Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM, Oracle Agile or ARAS Innovator.
- Good to have PLM cloud migration and SaaS based PLM solutions implementation and system administration/maintenance.
- Good to have experience on ALM platforms like PTC code beamer, siemens polarion or other ALM platforms, and integration between PLM and ALM.
- PLM data migration experience and consolidation, combining data from multiple legacy systems into a single source of truth.
- Robust comprehension of digital continuity concepts and their practical applications in various PLM environments, supporting impactful system integrations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
- Extensive exposure to pre-sales functions, including deal creation, solution design, proposal crafting, and persuasive client presentations.
