As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to generate new leads, follow up on sales opportunities and support the entire sales process. You will also help organise events and trade fairs with the aim of attracting new customers. It is ideal for someone pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and interested in B2B SaaS sales in both private and public sector clients.

Sales Internship – SaaS Private & Public Sector (BE)

Are you interested in the commercial process within a fast-growing SaaS organisation? Would you like to learn how to identify opportunities in the market, establish contact with potential customers and help close deals? Then this sales internship at iBabs is for you!

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to generate new leads, follow up on sales opportunities and support the entire sales process. You will also help organise events and trade fairs with the aim of attracting new customers.

This is an ideal internship for anyone who wants to gain experience in B2B sales within the private sector and learn more about sales strategies in a SaaS environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Generating and qualifying leads in the private & public sector
  • Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
  • Helping to draw up quotations and sales documentation
  • Assisting in the organisation of events and trade fairs (with a focus on customer acquisition)
  • Conducting market research and competitive analyses
  • Maintaining and updating CRM data in HubSpot
  • Contributing ideas on how to improve our sales approach and customer engagement

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in, for example, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Sales or a similar field of study
  • You are interested in B2B sales
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy customer contact
  • You work in a structured manner, are proactive and show initiative
  • You can work independently but also seek collaboration
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch/French and can also communicate well in English  
  • You are comfortable working with digital tools or quickly learn how to use them (such as HubSpot, Teams, LinkedIn)
