Director-level LTFX sales role in ICG Japan within Deutsche Bank, focusing on marketing new LTFX clients, onboarding them, and executing transactions. Position Overview

Details of the Division and Team:

  • This is to hire LTFX sales as we seek to expand this business under the current volatile FX market environment and increasing demand from LTFX clients.

  • Currently team has 4 sales and 3 are focusing on LTFX business. Their roll is mainly maintaining existing 50 LTFX clients and it is challenging to seek new clients as this business requires a lots of day to day tasks such as client maintenance and suitability reviews.

  • As we see opportunities outside our existing client base, in order to start business with new clients, we require new HC who will focus on new client marketing activity.

  • DB has been a market leader in this business for over 20 years backed by intensive client coverage capacity,strong product capability and robust S& A process.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Director level position in the Corporate Solution Team within ICG Japan.

  • Focus will be marketing new LTFX clients, onboarding those them and executing transactions.

Your skills and experience:

  • 10 years+ experience as a LTFX sales.

  • JSDA level 1 qualification holder.

  • Educated to University degree level.

  • Native level Japanese and business-level English.

  • Good communication and influencing skills.

  • Self-motivated for accomplishing revenue targets, personable and able to develop & maintain relationships.

  • Able to work in collaboratively; a team player.
