The Agility Sales Development Representative (ASDR) will prospect and qualify potential Docusign customers, using targeted questions about their business strategy to align Docusign offerings. The role focuses on outbound prospecting (about 80% of the time) and research-focused account work within core verticals. You will forward high-potential leads to Sales Account Executives, book appointments, and maintain prospect data in the CRM, while contributing to Go-To-Market experimentation and new prospecting approaches. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Agility Sales Development and requires hybrid in-office/remote work with regular in-office days.

What you'll do The Agility Sales Development Representative (ASDR) will prospect to potential clients who have expressed interest in learning more about Docusign or appear to be strong potential customers based upon our general market focus. The ASDR qualifies prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy then leveraging this information to align and sell Docusign’s product offerings. This position spends roughly 80% of the time on the phone prospecting new clients. Agility Sales Development Reps will receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling and a focus on researching targeted accounts. This role is dedicated to Go-To-Market experimentation motions to drive prospecting innovation at scale, utilizing new technologies, sales motions, and innovative approaches. This position requires adaptability to ever-changing conditions and excitement about pioneering new approaches. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Agility Sales Development. Responsibility Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Docusign Make outbound calls to prospects who are deemed to reside in one of Docusign’s core vertical markets Share information about Docusign and ask questions about the prospect's business intentions Discern propensity to buy and forward good potential leads to the Sales Account Executives to pursue Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives Record prospect information in CRM database Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign.
