The Enterprise Account Executive cultivates and closes enterprise-level relationships, quarterbacking deals from start to finish. The role blends net-new business with growth in targeted accounts and requires a strategic hunter with strong relationship skills. You’ll build account plans, orchestrate internal resources, and manage multi-stakeholder relationships across IT, procurement, and senior leadership to drive renewals and new business. This position is remote with travel as needed and focuses on achieving quotas across designated West markets.

What you'll do The Enterprise Account Executive cultivates and closes new Enterprise-level relationships, quarterbacking deals from start to finish. This role will be a hybrid of net-new relationships and existing growth within targeted accounts. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, a strategic hunter, and possess strong relationship-building skills. You'll work for the company who created DTM and leads the industry; you’ll sell products that you believe in; you’ll help introduce change to the way your customers live and work; you’ll work with competitive commission and stock plan structures that reward your efforts; and you’ll experience career growth and opportunity based on personal achievement. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales Management. Responsibility Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotas Qualify sales opportunities based on DocuSign’s sales methodology and metrics to include customer fit and success criteria Identify, cultivate and close on net-new business as well as manage existing relationships to ensure customer renewals and retention Build account plans and strategies for each target account Collaborate and engage internal resources (e.g., Senior Executives, Presales, Professional Services, Legal) in Sales Campaigns Uncover needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within the assigned accounts across the Lines of Business, IT, Procurement and Senior Management Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales tools Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time. Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law. What you bring Basic 8+ years of direct enterprise-level experience in a software sales environment Preferred 12+ years of enterprise level SaaS sales experience within cloud-based technology within the assigned territory – includes experience managing multi-state territories and customers Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing $1M+ deals and managing multiple large accounts Strong portfolio of C-Level contacts within Enterprise Accounts across a variety of accounts Familiarity with Salesforce and Google suite BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Willingness to travel 25% or more as needed Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $114,400.00 - $172,100.00 base salary Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $113,500.00 - $164,650.00 base salary Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $113,500.00 - $165,850.00 base salary Washington DC: $114,400.00 - $165,850.00 base salary Ohio: $109,300.00 - $158,575.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
