Fluent German speaker responsible for leading and developing a team of Market Development Representatives (MDRs) to achieve opportunity generation quotas. Coach MDRs on cold calling, qualification, discovery, prospecting sequences, appointment setting, and follow-up while building a cohesive team that delivers qualified leads to Account Executives. Collaborate with Market Development Managers and Field Marketing to design outbound campaigns and events that drive revenue, and consistently exceed quotas. This hybrid in-office/remote role reports to the Director, MDR.

What you'll do The Manager of Market Development Representatives will possess the ability to manage and motivate a team of Market Development Representatives (MDR) within their first 4 months to achieve individual opportunity generation quotas. They also must be able to measure, monitor and hold MDRs accountable for their activities and results as well as lead by example. The Team Lead will work directly with MDRs to improve cold calling, qualification and discovery calls, prospecting sequences, appointment setting, follow up, organization, and overall prospecting effectiveness. They must also effectively present Docusign's corporate overview and value proposition. This Team Lead will mentor each MDR individually while also building a strong, cohesive, collaborative team that is responsible for supplying qualified leads to Docusign Account Executives. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, MDR. Responsibility Support a team of new MDRs and engaging other corporate resources as required Coach, mentor, develop, and train new MDR's on Docusign's sales process during their first 4 months Collaborate with the Market Development Managers to produce successful, strategic, outbound campaigns Work with the Field marketing team to drive attendance to events that will generate revenue Be responsible for development and reinforcement of prospecting strategies and campaigns to drive recurring business Motivate MDRs through recognition, goal setting, competition, and reinforcing a culture of collaboration and success Exceed team's monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
