As a Channel Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth through distributor and reseller partners by developing scalable partner strategies and executing joint business plans. You will work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, remove execution barriers, and build strong partner ecosystems that deliver consistent pipeline and revenue outcomes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships and Channel - ANZ. You will build relationships with partners, recruit and enable them, plan go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline, manage forecasts, and remove blockers with internal teams to enable partner success.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships and Channel - ANZ. Responsibility Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor and reseller partners to drive new customer acquisition and expansion Develop and execute partner recruitment, enablement, and go-to-market strategies to scale partner performance Plan and deliver partner-facing initiatives such as training, campaigns, webinars, and joint events Drive pipeline generation and manage revenue forecasts through distribution channels Support partner sales teams in closing deals and lead opportunities directly when needed Identify and remove execution barriers by partnering with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations Foster strong cross-functional alignment to ensure successful partner execution and performance Execute joint business plans and co-selling motions that create mutual value Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
