Lead the Solution Consulting organization across EMEA, developing and executing regional strategy and managing Senior Leaders and teams supporting Sales. What you'll do The Senior Director of Solution Consulting is responsible for leading and managing the Solution Consulting organisation across EMEA and developing and executing the strategy for the region. They will manage a number of Senior Leaders and teams who support our Sales business. Key markets include North, South, DACH and Emerging - from SMB through to Enterprise. This SC team discovers and understands customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes in order to build world-class integrated solutions leveraging Docusign’s platform and suite of products. Through engaging stories and custom-built demonstrations, SCs illustrate the value and benefits of modernizing a prospect’s System of Agreement through Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform offering. The Senior Director is accountable for coaching and developing the team, helping them to drive adoption/usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem. This position is a people manager role reporting to the Group Vice President and General Manager EMEA. Responsibility Manage the Solution Consulting team daily Partner with sales leadership to provide strategy and support for business development, accounts development, pipeline generation and deal management Ensure each SC is enabled, empowered and accountable to deliver high quality work and excellent customer experience Scale team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary solution consultants with various levels of experience and diversity to grow a well-balanced, high performing team Identify and create opportunities for training and professional development of team Provide individual coaching to help develop and refine core technical, selling, and presentation skills to help team grow and excel Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customers, while penetrating deeper within accounts Focus on innovation - ensure the team is constantly improving their approach to solution and value based selling Prioritize and qualify where to invest the pre sales resources to get maximum impact of every investment Communicate and prioritize product and business needs from the field to appropriate internal teams including Product Development, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, Professional Services, and others Ensure team effectively operates in accordance with team policies and procedures Assess team operations continually and make adjustments or policy recommendations to drive team collaboration, efficiency, and effectiveness Maintain and protect Docsign core values by hiring culturally aligned team members and leading by example Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring Basic 10+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role 10+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales teams BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience Fluency in English Preferred Track record of building, coaching and enabling a rapidly growing Solution Consulting teams Hire and retain top diverse talent in the market, providing career growth opportunities and effective succession planning An inspiring, innovative leader with the ability to deal with high volume transactional business and enterprise sales models Proven collaborator and relationship builder up to C-level across multi-functions Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders to drive results Proven experience selling into customers across the EMEA region Masterful in delivering software demonstrations, both in-person or remotely Proven experience with cloud software configuration and integration Experience with technical business documentation including process flows,
