What you'll do As Partner Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key vendors, augmenting the capabilities of our Identity and Data Verification products. You will work closely with various Product teams to prioritize and plan the capabilities to be sourced. You will also participate in Sales enablement and Field awareness actions to promote the new capabilities powered by your patch of vendors. Your objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer adoption, vendor margin and operational efficiency. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships for Products. Responsibility Prospect and establish relationship with key vendors for our Identity and Data Verification products in AMER regions, upon guidance of the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships for Product Represent and promote Docusign as a leading technology provider in sectorial events in US, in front of partners or professional associations Work with vendors and with Product and Legal internal teams to assess, negotiate, and possibly minimize the need for adaptation of our Product Work with Product team to prioritize and plan the integrations Collaborate with partners and product marketing teams to create sales collaterals Participate into field enablement activities Impact Docusign’s indirect revenue footprint Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic BS/BA degree required, ideally within a technical discipline Experience in negotiating contracts and business terms; ability to design and maintain P&L reports and forecasts Experience and interest in the technical aspects of integrated solutions; APIs, UX, interaction models, workflow, forms, data flow, exception handling, etc. Experience in partner/customer facing first contact discussions Preferred Multi-lingual (Spanish / Portuguese / Asian languages) Knowledges of the key verticals: US Financial Services, Public Sector and/or Healthcare Self-organized person, very pro-active, capable to deal with a scaled patch of partner relationships and to drive the action Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
