Elastic is hiring an Account Executive to expand Elastic's presence with Saudi Aramco and key enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the Oil & Gas sector. You will act as a trusted advisor to help customers extract value from their data and accelerate digital transformation using Elastic's search, observability, and security solutions. The role involves evangelizing Open Source, managing complex SaaS sales cycles, and collaborating across teams and partners to drive sustained growth. Based in Riyadh as Elastic opens an office there.

What You Will Be Doing: Expanding Elastic’s presence within key enterprise customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers extract real-world value from their data and accelerate digital transformation. Evangelizing Open Source and championing Elastic’s search-powered solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security. Uncovering and driving new use cases by working directly with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers. Collaborating across business functions, partners, and communities to create a robust ecosystem that fuels sustained growth. Managing complex sales cycles and delivering predictable and accurate forecasts. What You Bring With You: A track record of over achievement in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a growth-driven mindset and prior experience working with Saudi Aramco. Deep domain knowledge of the challenges and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders within the Saudi region. Experience selling into Saudi Aramco. Passion for Open Source and Elastic’s community-driven approach. Ability to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed in execution. Be based in Riyadh, where we will be opening our office. Bonus Points Experience in selling within an Open Source model.
