The Sales Enablement Specialist (Trainer) will design, develop, and deliver ongoing training programs for International Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to improve prospecting, objection handling, and pipeline management. This role emphasizes coaching, blended learning, and data-driven measurement of training effectiveness to drive sales productivity. The specialist will partner with sales leadership and GTM Programs, and will implement learnings across the AE and ISR teams with international travel as required.

What is The Role: The Sales Enablement Specialist (Trainer) will invent and implement role-specific training programs to empower Account Executives & Inside Sales Representatives with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel in their roles. This international role is responsible for ensuring sellers are equipped to handle high-velocity sales cycles by focusing on key competencies such as prospecting, objection handling, and pipeline management. Employing best practices in coaching, continuous learning, and data-driven strategies, the Enablement Specialist will architect, train, and develop a culture of learning and performance excellence within AE & ISR teams Role Purpose: To design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective ongoing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our International Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Account Executives (AEs), driving increased sales effectiveness and productivity. Expectations: Develop and deliver training programs focused on key sales skills (e.g., qualification, objection handling, negotiation, account planning) and sales tools. Develop effective message enablement in partnership with GTM Programs & Product Enablement. Able to align with Sales leaders and build plans to address sales skills training needs Implement blended learning approaches, including workshops, coaching, and on-demand resources. Conduct coaching sessions to reinforce training and improve sales techniques. Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and priorities. Collaborate with the Learning Design Team and Go-to-Market Sales Programs to create and deliver impactful enablement initiatives. Track training effectiveness using KPIs and data analysis. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales teams. Experience You Bring: A customer-first mentality Willingness to travel internationally 3+ years of experience in sales, enablement, or training. Sales experience strongly preferred Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, SPIN, or others Strong understanding of ISR and AE roles, sales processes, and best practices. Proven ability to deliver engaging training and coach sales professionals. Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze training effectiveness. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Currently living in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
