Collaborate with sales/marketing on proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations, provide strategic direction including niche capabilities like CPQ and Vlocity, and stay current on Salesforce certifications and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation and integration projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop and execute a robust GTM strategy for the Salesforce practice, identifying key markets and defining the value proposition.
  • Drive account mining efforts to uncover new opportunities within existing client relationships, expanding our footprint and services offered.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide strategic direction for the practice, identifying opportunities for new service offerings, including niche capabilities like CPQ, Vlocity, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and establishing a trusted advisor status with clients.
  • Oversee key practice KPIs forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce certifications and platform updates to provide expert guidance to clients and team members.
  • Develop and refine best practices and methodologies to enhance the practice's operational efficiency and quality of service.
  • Represent the company at community and industry events, enhancing our visibility and thought leadership in the Salesforce ecosystem.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in Salesforce project delivery and GTM strategy execution.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. including niche capabilities such as CPQ, Vlocity, etc
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
