Join Fortinet in Hanoi as an Inside Sales Representative to support sales operations and enable the internal sales team. You will manage SFDC (Salesforce), cadence, SPRs and deal registrations, and identify new leads to drive net-new opportunities. You will own the end-to-end sales process for low-to-mid-range deals and build partner and distributor relationships to maximize coverage, while maintaining your own forecast for sales management.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. 

As a Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Take care of the sales operation.
  • Provide high quality support to our Internal sales team (major account managers, regional account managers, channel account managers).
  • SFDC Management and Cadence.
  • SPR’s & Deal Registration.
  • Identify new leads to generate net new labels.
  • Direct sales management & ownership of low to mid-range opportunities.
  • Manage end to end sales process for low to mid-range opportunities. 
  • Build Partner and Distributor relationships to ensure maximum coverage across deals.
  • Manage personal forecast for sales management on low to mid-range opportunities.

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheet, PowerPoint to support Reporting & Planning. 
  • Excellent positive attitude and have teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent English communications internally, corporation-wide and externally.
  • Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT networking fundamental.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and its’ use in the market.
  • Have experience using systems like Salesforce, Tableau are preferred.
