We are seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Digital Sales and Engagement Manager

Principle Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic plans and initiatives to deepen customer engagement and penetration through generating personalized/ segment centric communications
  • Lead efforts to improve the navigation experience of public website (PWS) and optimize the exposure to showcase our solution offerings for enabling business growth objectives
  • Analyze responses and collect feedback from customer surveys, coordinate internal / external exchange sessions, summarize insights to refine the engagement model
  • Enhance communication in a customer-centric tone, aiming for better sales conversion
  • Work in collaboration with the internal stakeholders such as MKG, CCC to support digital sales initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, e-Commerce OR other relevant qualifications
  • Sound knowledge and experience in digital banking / digital’s sales and/or marketing strategy
  • Customer-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Strong data analytical skills with ability to produce management insights from massive data sources for driving business results
  • Creative thinker and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and strong sense of ownership
  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
