- 8+ years of related experienceStrong understanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesUnderstanding and interest in high growth software, payments, ecommerce and marketplacesExcellent sales management and business development skillsProficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationshipsStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partnersSelf-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things doneFINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hirePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferredStrong committed team player, looking to add to a national team of likeminded, passionate Innovation Economy bankers
