Drive merchant acquisition and revenue for Klarna’s media offering by identifying, prospecting and managing partners. Serve as the primary contact for media partners, coordinating bookings, upsells, campaign execution, funding and timelines with internal teams. Monitor and report campaign performance, negotiate partner commissions/investments, and provide insights to stakeholders to grow advertising opportunities.
What You Will Do
Identity, prospect and target suitable merchants to sell Klarna’s evolving media offering
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners interested in Klarna's Media Offering.
Manage media-related tasks including repeat bookings, upselling, and market expansion.
Negotiate partner commission rates and investments to drive increased advertising revenue.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Klarna's media offering and future plans to proficiently showcase clients our offerings.
Monitor and report on the performance of advertising and media campaigns, offering consultation and analysis on media opportunities.
Coordinate media plans, funding, and timelines with the campaign team for tactical execution.
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, offering insights and gap analysis to drive action

Strong commercial sales acumen, adept at pitching, negotiating, and collaborating across various stakeholders
Experience in both new business development and account management to maintain, grow and upsell advertising opportunities
Exceptional relationship-building skills for effective communication in various settings, both internally and externally
Proficiency in using tracking tools to draw actionable insights from reporting to optimize merchant performance and inform sales strategy
Highly organized and comfortable working in an evolving environment involving cross-team collaboration and senior stakeholder management
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and the curiosity to continuously learn
3-5+ years of media/advertising sales, business development or digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting. Solid understanding of the following channels:

Ads
Search
Familiarity with marketing agencies, networks, or publishers. Strong industry knowledge & contacts is preferable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language
