You will build and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive product adoption, revenue growth and long-term commercial success. The role owns partner initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Delivery and Business Development to deliver measurable KPIs and scalable processes. You will develop go-to-market and enablement programs, shape value propositions, support deal execution and continuously optimize partner outcomes through data-driven performance monitoring.
What you will do
In this position, you will build, own, and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive mutual growth, increased product adoption, and long-term commercial success. You will identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across existing and new partner accounts by leveraging data, market insights, and performance analysis to increase market share.
Acting as the central project owner for partner initiatives, you will coordinate closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Delivery, and Business Development teams to ensure clear ownership, aligned timelines, defined budgets, and measurable KPIs. You will drive go-to-market and enablement initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Analytics, including lead generation programs, product launches, and upsell strategies, while also developing and closing new business opportunities by shaping value propositions, pitching Klarna’s solutions, and supporting deal execution.
Through strong executive-level relationships, data-driven performance monitoring, and a focus on operational excellence and scalability, you will continuously optimize partner outcomes, remove internal and external blockers, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with a consistently high merchant experience.
Who you are
• 4–5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within technology, payments, or e-commerce
• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow senior stakeholder relationships, including executive and C-level contacts
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-informed approach to identifying, sizing, and prioritizing growth opportunities
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes without formal authority
• Comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end, from strategy definition to execution and optimization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
Awesome to have
• Experience selling multi-product or platform-based solutions
• Background in payments, fintech, or digital commerce ecosystems
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and product launches with partners
• Familiarity with scaling operational processes and onboarding frameworks
• Existing network within enterprise or strategic merchant segments
