Join Klarna’s Partner Success Team in Paris to work with large, strategic merchants and drive sustainable growth by identifying new commercial opportunities and executing joint business plans. What you will do
In this position, you will join one of Klarna’s Partner Success Teams in Paris, working with some of our largest and most strategic merchants to drive sustainable growth. You will identify and develop new commercial opportunities, build and execute jointly agreed business plans, and position Klarna as a long-term growth partner in the French market. By collaborating closely with internal analytics, delivery, and marketing teams, you will enable lead generation, deliver impactful solutions, and close high-value deals. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, adapt Klarna’s business model to local market needs, and play a key part in accelerating Klarna’s growth in France and beyond.
Who you are
• Based in Paris with strong knowledge of the French market
• Fluent in French and English at full professional proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales
• Experience working with merchants in retail, payments, and/or e-commerce
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to build and grow partnerships from the ground up
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and adapting to change
Awesome to have
• Experience managing C-level or senior executive stakeholder relationships
• Proven track record of closing complex or strategic commercial deals
• Experience conducting market research to inform go-to-market strategies
• Exposure to international or cross-cultural business environments
