Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and support long-term growth.

What you will do
You will drive growth by developing and expanding strategic partnerships with some of Klarna’s most important merchants in Germany. In this position, you will identify commercial opportunities, translate complex data and insights into clear value propositions, and lead high-impact discussions with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. You will work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions that address partner needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. By combining structured thinking with strong commercial judgment, you will turn insights into actionable improvements that support long-term, sustainable growth.


Who you are
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, Account Management, or a similar commercial position
• Experience from a consulting company, fintech, and/or e-commerce environment, with exposure to complex business models
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand performance metrics, interpret figures, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to sell complex ideas in a clear, structured, and compelling way to senior and C-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading strategic conversations with executive audiences
• Structured thinker with the ability to connect insights across data, market context, and partner needs

Awesome to have
• Strong understanding of payments, financial services, or digital commerce ecosystems
• Experience collaborating closely with analytics or data teams on commercial decision-making
• International experience or exposure to cross-market stakeholder management
