Join KPMG Advisory's Alliances organization as Sales Executive, Databricks. You will own the hunt, build qualified pipeline, win new logos, and close enterprise deals; co-sell with Databricks and drive joint account plans. You will shape pursuit strategy, craft executive-ready proposals, business cases, pricing, and SOWs using joint value propositions. You will enable KPMG and Databricks sellers, manage end-to-end sales execution including account planning, prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, negotiation, forecasting, and bookings, while upholding professional integrity.

KPMG is currently seeking a Sales Executive, Databricks to join our Alliances organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own the hunt and create qualified pipeline win new logos and close enterprise deals faster to exceed bookings targets
- Co-sell with Databricks to win new logos, activate co-sell motions, and drive joint account plans
- Shape pursuit strategy and deal structure craft executive ready proposals business cases pricing and SOWs using joint value propositions
- Enable KPMG and Databricks sellers on offerings align co-sell activity and own end-to-end sales execution including account planning prospecting pipeline development opportunity pursuit negotiation forecasting and bookings
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent enterprise consulting or solution sales experience with a verifiable record of exceeding targets with at least five years of selling Databricks products or Databricks enabled services
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED plus ten years of enterprise level solution selling experience
- Demonstrated success winning net new logos through disciplined pipeline generation joint account planning and co sell execution strong opportunity qualification and deal progression skills
- Executive level consultative seller who translates data and AI initiatives into ROI/TCO backed business cases to win consensus and close enterprise deals
- Proven ability to generate new accounts, new opportunities, and build sales plans while fostering a customer success focus in a “win as a team” environment
- Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results
- Ability to travel as required
