As a Senior Sales Specialist in Regulatory Reporting Solutions, you will drive new business acquisition and client retention by managing your own pipeline, targets, and relationships. You will prospect, develop accounts, and close opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver Regulatory Reporting and Surveillance solutions. You will maintain accurate Salesforce records, support pipeline development, and handle admin tasks such as KYC and billing questions. Qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience, experience in financial services and technology with RegTech experience a plus, and strong communication skills.
Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will drive new business acquisition and client retention by leading your own pipeline, targets, and client relationships. This role combines individual accountability with opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment passionate about Regulatory Reporting Solutions and Surveillance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, Business Development & Account Growth:
- Prospect for new business through research, outreach and networking. Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities. Handle your own opportunities through to close and achieve individual sales targets. Acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships. Prepare proposals and presentations to support deal progression. Commercial Foresight in a wide variety of accounts. Strong Communication skills. Integrity. Ability to work in Partnership across our teams and functions.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring engagement, happiness, retention, and growth.Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions. Supervise client happiness and call out issues promptly.
- Sales Process & Opportunity Management:
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track opportunities. Support pipeline development and forecasting. Handle administrative tasks such as KYC, billing questions etc.
- Cross-team Collaboration:Participate in team meetings and supply to discussions on improving customer experience. Collaborate with wider RRS teams such as Lead Gen, Client Services, Professional Services, Product etc. to deliver a unified, strong customer service.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in financial services and technology, RegTech a strong addition. Strong communication and social skills. Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
