Join LSEG Data and Analytics in Tokyo as a Sales Specialist focused on Wealth Workflow solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert for the Workflow product in Wealth Management, leading new deals with cross-functional teams to drive gross sales and revenue. You will own a consultative, solution-selling process and build and manage sales pipelines, while engaging with c-suite clients to deliver tailored wealth and asset management solutions. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Inside Sales, Presales, and Product teams, and nurture new business leads through industry seminars on trends and regulatory changes.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join us in Tokyo! As a subject matter expert of our key products, 'Workflow' in Wealth Management speciality, you will lead new deals in teamwork with other teams to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.

How You'll be Successful:

  • Proactively develop and drive the sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build and manage strong and quality sales pipelines for sales forecast and executions
  • Own a consultative, solution-selling process as an expert in Wealth & Asset Management solutions tackle challenges in customer workflows
  • Take leadership in cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, Inside Sales, Presales, Products and Contents and more
  • Build a positive relationship with c-suite customers and be their consultative, solution partner
  • Nurture new business leads by planning and hosting seminars on the industry trends and regulation changes that are relevant to customers

Who You Are

  • 7 years+ sales experience in data solutions providers or equivalent experience
  • Consultative selling / Solution selling experience
  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management industry and its workflow
  • Financial data and analytics solutions knowledge (e.g. financial modelling, data management and data base, Excel add-in, API, Cloud etc, is a plus)
  • Outstanding communication skills and relationship building skills to work with c-suite customers
  • Creative thinking to solve customer problems and good sales ideation skills
  • Ability to plan and drive sales strategy
  • Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment
  • Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency
