Digital Enterprise AI Workforce Specialist responsible for selling AI Workforce, Copilot, and Modern Work solutions to enterprise customers. You’ll drive day-to-day execution of strategic priorities, engage key decision-makers, and collaborate with partners to accelerate opportunities. The role emphasizes digital sales excellence, customer value selling, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a Digital Enterprise AI Workforce Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud. You will drive the day-to-day execution of our strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class AI, Copilot, and Modern Work Solutions empowering our customers and collaborating with our partners. You will be joining one of the most transformational segments in the company, where innovation, scale, and customer impact converge to shape the future of business applications.

Responsibilities

Digital Sales Enterprise, empowers our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners. As part of our local subsidiaries around the world, you will engage a dedicated set of enterprise customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. First and foremost, exhibit a Customer and Partner First Mindset. Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction and delivering sales targets, through digital sales excellence, empowered by world-class data, marketing systems and platforms.

  • Sales Execution. Drive new sales and customer engagements leveraging various mechanisms including digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration initiatives. Manage the end-to-end AI Workforce business across your territory. Proactively build an external stakeholder network to and implement strategies to accelerate and close opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement with Business Value Selling: Identify and engage key business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose AI Workforce solutions that deliver measurable value. Lead with industry relevant insights and a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes engaging C-Level Business decision makers.
  • Opportunity Management: Lead planning and execution for named accounts, build stakeholder maps, and accelerate deal closure through business analysis and strategic engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell across solution areas. Share best practices, competitive insights, and customer feedback to elevate team capabilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Meet operational standards and maintain reporting accuracy for key performance indicators – including pipeline development, signal conversion, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy. Adopt program processes, procedures, and tools to provide accurate on-time reporting that maximizes attainment of strategic goals and delivers competitive business insights, trends, and analysis.
  • Learning & Development: Complete required training and certifications aligned to AI Workforce.


Qualifications
  • Written and verbal fluency in German & English.
  • Experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field combined with relevant sales/account management experience
    • OR Equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or similar SaaS/cloud-based business applications and productivity solutions to enterprise clients, consistently exceeding sales targets.


This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
